Maggie goes to The High Atlas emerged in response to the devastating earthquake in the Atlas Mountains last September.

In the summer of 2020, we rolled out our first ‘rent, donate, connect,…’ -pilot project at the Sint-Norbertus school in Heverlee. The school will soon be renovating and therefore needs temporary classes.

March 2020 the Maggie team built an ‘innovation lab’ school in Kakuma, a refugee camp in Kenya. This pop-up school functions completely off the grid. Inside there are more than a 100 laptops available for the community. Refugees can go to school here, have skill training and so much more.

In post-ISIS Iraq about two million people are internally displaced. Panaga NGO makes an effort to develop and provide educational services in Kurdistan. They commit themselves to organize the support of the children. Unfortunately, there are no proper educational spaces available. That’s where Maggie Program comes in.

Begin of 2018 NGO IRIE-world asked for our help in constructing a temporary, insulated, instant structure for the dormitory of a boarding school. Boarding schools really make a difference for many children in these areas since schools are often up to 3 hours walking.
